🔄 Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes and cosmetic products are not eligible for return once opened or used.

Returns are accepted only if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product is unused and in original packaging

📸 Proof Required

Customers must share clear images or videos of the product and packaging for verification.

💰 Refunds

  • Once your return request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened products
  • Products purchased during sale or discount offers
  • Gift cards (if applicable)

❌ Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
